First level entrance

micro wave and toaster. 4 steps take you into the sitting room with arm

to the third level where there is a small double bedroom, a single room
a full bathroom and landing. Under the eaves is a large double bedroom with
en-suite bathroom with tub.
There is wall to wall carpeting and furniture is comfortable, the views are fantastic and despite the stairs it makes an ideal family home.
