The apartment is on the first floor with typical Venetian features such as high ceilings, arched windows and terrazzo floors throughout. The accommodation comprises a central living area of 2 rooms – a dining/sitting room with a pair of arched doors leading to a small terrace which is ideal for al fresco eating and a further living room. Off this central area are three wings: one being a small entrance hall leading into a large well equipped kitchen. The second wing houses the master bed room with a huge four poster bed and full en-suite bathroom. At the far opposite end of the central area the third wing contains a double bed room with canal views, full bathroom and study with a bed settee. The apartment is stylishly furnished with antiques, hangings and pictures. There is also a radio, CD and cassette player.
